Fresher Seafood by Design

As the most delicate of all major proteins, seafood must be handled with care and kept under the right conditions at all times. To ensure freshness, we buy fish only from aquaculture and wild-caught producers that are HACCP certified. We then establish a creditable chain to verify the quality and freshness for all the products we supply. We know where and when the fish are harvested and under what conditions they are maintained until they reach our processing facilities.

Measuring Seafood Freshness

When the fresh fish are received in our plant, they are scientifically tested for freshness by counting the total aerobic bacteria on the surface of protein. All fresh fish and seafood supplied by Fresher Than Fresh must pass our formula and rigid standards before they are shipped.
